My Photo of a turtle on the beach was featured in a current Wildlife Australia Magazine (Winter 2019).
If you are wondering HOW my image ended up here, it is all thanks to JungleDragon. I use it to showcase a lot of my images, and have been contacted several times by magazine/agencies to use them.
My only criticism is about how they ‘tuned’ my image, brightening it. This image was taken at HIGH iso (12800 I think), and does not work well with this kind of editing… I prefer my original image (below).
This was from the digital, low res, version they sent me, so could just be a result of the compression. I will have to see what the printed version is like, but I do get upset by these things.
